Anterior esthetic dilemmas such as the midline diastema, undersized lateral incisor, and class IV restoration will be encountered in every general practice. One does not have to be a "cosmetic" dentist to treat these with confidence. This segment will review rubber dam basics, tooth management for additive dentistry, and basic matrixology. We will discuss management of fragment reattachment. These basic concepts can help every clinician improve their composite skills.
