Frequently, when answering phone calls, dental teams are asked: “How much do you charge for…? The caller can be asking for something as routine as pricing for cleanings, or they may be inquiring about a procedure, like extractions, which opens the door for a much deeper conversation. How do you and your staff respond? What answer best conveys the value of the services you provide? Two clear solutions exist: evaluation of services offered and how those services are presented by your team to patients/prospective patients. Explore the art of relationship building to engage the patient in owning their oral health and asking for care. We will discuss listening instead of hearing, humble inquiry and vulnerability. This workshop is for everyone on the team.
