Please plan to arrive at Summit - Seattle Convention Center. All sessions and events will be held at Summit.
Please wear your badge at all times while at PNDC. It is required for entrance to the conference, and you will use it to scan into sessions.
If you received your badge in the mail prior to the conference, no check-in is required. You may proceed to your first session upon arrival.
If you did not receive your badge in the mail, please visit Attendee Help & Services in Flex B (Level 2) to pick up your badge.
If you require a name change or other update to your badge, please visit Attendee Help & Services or contact pndc@shworldwide.com.
Attendee Help & Services opens at 6:30 AM Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Lectures at PNDC 2024 can be reserved in advance for free. By reserving a lecture, you will be guaranteed entry for up to 15 minutes after the lecture’s scheduled start time, at which point entry to the lecture will become first-come, first-served to all attendees. Workshops can be reserved for an additional fee.
Please make your free lecture reservations or paid workshop reservations prior to arrival through the registration system. Your reservation will be verified at the door to each lecture by scanning the QR code on your badge.
Find your session reservations in the registration system, by logging into the PNDC website, or in the app under “My Session Reservations.”
Attendees can update reservations through the registration system or by visiting Attendee Help & Services. Use your registration email and Registrant ID to log back into your registration.
Find session rooms in the PNDC App, on the website, or using onsite signs.
We suggest attendees first look for parking in the Seattle Convention Center Summit Garage (enter on Olive Way between 9th & Boren, 1009 Olive Way).

Speaker slides will be available in the app and on the website. Please log in to view slides. If slides are not available for a session, they were not provided by the speaker.
When entering a lecture or workshop, a door attendant will scan the QR code on your badge, and a corresponding evaluation form will be unlocked in the app and online.
Complete each evaluation to gain access to your CE credits. As you complete the evaluations, those records will show up on your certificate. Click “CE Credit” on the app home screen or on the website to begin. Attendees are no longer required to record/enter session codes.
Please scan your badge when entering any session. Please note: Part 1 & Part 2 of a session are counted as separate sessions. If you attend both, you must scan for entry to both Part 1 & Part 2.

A Parent’s Room is available at Summit on Level 3 and Level 4, near the Pine Street elevators. The room functions like a single-stall restroom, with a lock from the inside (no key necessary). The room is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must bring their own cooler for storage. Please visit Attendee Help & Services with any questions.
Children over the age of 12 must register for the conference. Parents are always required to monitor their children and respect their fellow attendees by exiting a room if noise or behavior becomes an issue.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in any lectures but can enter the Exhibit Hall during show hours and must always be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
Infants in arms may attend lectures. If the infant becomes disruptive to others, the parent and infant will be asked to leave the lecture. No strollers are allowed in lecture rooms.
No children of any age will be allowed in workshops.
